Birth & Beyond Childbirth Series

This class will help to prepare mom and her support partner for labor and birth. Couples learn all about the labor and birth process: practice positions, massage, relaxation and other methods to cope with labor. Medical pain relief measures, induction and cesarean birth, newborn care and post-partum care are also included. You will be given a tour of the Birthplace during the series.

A three-part series option of this class is offered on weekday afternoons or evenings. A one-time, all day session is offered on Saturdays. Please select specific series dates in the registration form.
